Former ESPN Sportscaster Hired by StoryRock
May 12, 2005 Former Miss America and ESPN sportscaster Sharlene Hawkes accepts the position of Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for StoryRock, a leader in the multimedia digital yearbook industry.
Ms. Hawkes' 15-year career as one of the first women with ESPN began in 1987, and expanded to include a professional career as a motivational speaker to fortune 500 companies and numerous charitable organizations. Ms. Hawkes holds a BS degree in Communications from Brigham Young University and an MS degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Utah.

As executive VP, Ms. Hawkes is responsible for the integration of StoryRock's internal and external brand communication initiatives, as well as managing sales. She will also play a central role in raising capital as StoryRock expands into new markets.
